Learn how to view complete information about a specific incentive offer.
Accessing the Detail Page
URL: /provider/incentive-offers/detail/[incentive_offer_id]
Navigation Options:

From the Table:
- Click on any Incentive Offer ID in the offers table

- Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Select View Incentive Offer Details

- On any offer-related page, click the blue floating button
- Select View Incentive Offer Details
Page Layout
Header Section
- Back Button - Click "Back to Incentive Offers" to return to the list
- Title - "Incentive Offer Details"
- Description - Brief explanation of the page
Information Display
All information is displayed in a read-only card format:
Information Sections
1. Incentive Program
Shows the incentive program this offer belongs to:
- Program name
- Program details
2. Product/Service Information
When applicable, displays:
- Logo - Product/service visual
- Name - Product/service name
- Vendor - Associated vendor name
Displayed in a highlighted blue box for visibility.
3. Entity Type
The type of recipient:

| Organization | Non-profit or other organization |
4. Entity Stage
The recipient's relationship stage:

| Prospect Customer | Potential new customer |
| Existing Customer | Current customer |

| Lead | Early-stage prospect |
5. Incentive Type
The type of incentive being offered:

| Cashback | Money back after purchase |
| Discount | Reduced price or code |
| Gift Card | Prepaid gift card |
6. Offer Type
Whether this is a single or group offer:

| Single | Individual offer for one recipient |
| Group | Requires multiple participants |
7. Delivery Method
How the offer is delivered:

8. Recipient Information
For Email delivery:
- Email Address - Recipient's email
- Website URL - Recipient's website (if provided)
9. Offer Message
- Full message content sent to the recipient
- Message masking status indicator
Floating Action Button (FAB)
The detail page includes a floating action button in the bottom-right corner.

How to Use the FAB
- Click the blue circular button in the bottom-right corner
- View the expanded menu with available actions
- Select any menu item to navigate
- Current page is highlighted in blue
- Click the button again (now red with X) to close
FAB Behavior
- Auto-opens on first page visit
- Toggle open/closed by clicking
- Color change: Blue (closed) → Red (open)
- Filtered: Menu items depend on offer type and status

- Review All Information - See every detail in one place
- Navigate Quickly - Use FAB to access related pages
- Understand Configuration - Review all settings
- Verify Details - Check recipient info and message
What You Can't Do
- ❌ Edit information directly on this page
- ❌ Modify offer status
- ❌ Send messages from this page
To Edit: Use the "Edit Incentive Offer" option from the FAB or action menu.
Status-Dependent Features
Different features are available based on offer status:

For Group offers, "View Group Members" is always available.

Troubleshooting
Page Not Loading:
- Check the offer ID in the URL
- Ensure you're logged in as a provider
- Verify the offer exists
FAB Not Showing Options:
- Check the offer status
- Some options only appear for specific statuses
- Group-specific options need Group offer type
Can't Edit:
- Edit is only available for Link delivery
- Status must be "Offered" or "Draft"
- Offer must not be claimed
