Free plan — $0 per month
Ideal if you’re trying Incentise, running a single offering, or sending a small number of acknowledgement invitations each month.

- 1 team member (just you, or one seat on the account)
- Up to 15 acknowledgement invitations sent by email each month — these are the messages that ask someone to confirm they received an incentive from you
- Up to 15 completed acknowledgements from recipients each month — each time someone finishes the confirmation flow and their acknowledgement counts toward your social proof
- Social proof widget for your incentive program — embed it on your website

Ideal if you’re growing your catalog, working with a small team, or sending many more acknowledgement invitations and collecting more recipient confirmations each month.

Monthly limits reset each billing month. If you reach a limit, the product will let you know; you can upgrade, wait for the next period, or contact us if you’re unsure what counts toward your plan.
How to choose
Start on Free if you want to explore the product, only need one offering on the platform, and expect light acknowledgement volume.
Move to Starter when you need more catalog room, more seats for colleagues, or much higher monthly volumes for email invitations and recipient acknowledgements.
Changing your plan
Upgrade (Free → Starter)
Use Pricing or Billing & invoices in your account, then complete secure checkout. Your higher limits apply once the subscription is active.
Cancel or downgrade (Starter → Free)
Open Billing & invoices, then use Manage your billing, subscription, refund and invoices to open our billing portal. There you can cancel; you normally keep Starter benefits until the period you’ve already paid for ends, then your account follows Free limits again.

Understanding a few terms
Acknowledgement invitation (email)
An email you send from Incentise asking someone to confirm they already received an incentive from you. Your plan caps how many of these you can send per month by email. If you also use shareable links, check how your account treats those toward limits inside the app.
Recipient acknowledgement
When someone completes the flow and submits their confirmation (and optional thank-you message). Your plan caps how many of these can be submitted per month.
Products or services
The offerings you list in Incentise so acknowledgements and public pages tie back to something specific you sell or deliver.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. There’s no charge for the Free tier as we offer it today, and you don’t need a card to begin.
Can I cancel Starter whenever I want?
You can cancel in the billing portal. You typically keep Starter features until the end of the month (or period) you’ve already paid for.
Do prices include tax?
Whatever appears at checkout is what applies, including any taxes your region requires.
