Understanding Your Current Plan

When you visit the Pricing page, the system automatically detects your current subscription status:

  • If you're on Free Plan: You'll see "Your Current Plan" on the Free Plan card
  • If you're on Starter Plan: You'll see "Your Current Plan" on the Starter Plan card
  • If you're not logged in: You'll see options to get started with either plan

Managing Your Plan

Upgrading from Free Plan to Starter Plan

Upgrading is simple and takes just a few minutes:

  1. Navigate to Pricing Page

    • Go to the Pricing page in your account
    • Or visit the public pricing page if you're not logged in
  2. Review Starter Plan Features

    • Review all the features included in the Starter Plan
    • Compare with your current Free Plan to see the benefits
  3. Click Upgrade Button

    • Click the "Upgrade to Starter Plan" button
    • If you're not logged in, you'll be asked to log in first
  4. Complete Checkout

    • You'll be redirected to a secure checkout page
    • Enter your payment information
    • Review and confirm your subscription
  5. Activation

    • Your subscription activates immediately after payment
    • You'll have instant access to all Starter Plan features
    • Your account limits are updated automatically

Important Notes:

  • Your existing data is preserved when you upgrade
  • You'll be charged $20 immediately
  • Billing occurs monthly on the same date
  • You can cancel anytime (see Cancellation section)

Downgrading from Starter Plan to Free Plan

If you need to downgrade to the Free Plan:

  1. Access Billing Management

    • Go to the Billing Invoices page in your account
    • Click "Manage your billing, subscription, refund and invoices"
    • This opens the Customer Portal
  2. Cancel Your Subscription

    • In the Customer Portal, navigate to your subscription
    • Find and click the cancellation option
    • Follow the prompts to cancel
  3. What Happens Next

    • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
    • You'll continue to have access to Starter Plan features until then
    • After the period ends, you automatically return to the Free Plan
    • Your account will be limited to Free Plan features

Important Notes:

  • You won't be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You keep access to Starter Plan features until your current period ends
  • Your data is preserved when downgrading
  • You can upgrade again anytime

Viewing Your Current Plan Status

To see your current plan and subscription details:

  1. From Pricing Page

    • Visit the Pricing page
    • Your current plan will be marked with "Your Current Plan"
    • You'll see upgrade or downgrade options based on your status
  2. From Billing Invoices Page

    • Go to Billing Invoices in your account
    • You'll see your current plan name and price
    • View your next billing date (for paid plans)
    • See all features included in your plan

An incentive program is a structured campaign where you offer incentives (cashback, discounts, gifts, etc.) to attract or retain customers.

  • Free Plan: Create and manage 1 incentive program
  • Starter Plan: Create and manage up to 10 incentive programs simultaneously

Team Members

Team members are additional users who can access and manage your incentive programs.

Each plan includes monthly limits for various activities:

Acknowledgement Requests:

  • Free Plan: 15 per month
  • Starter Plan: 300 per month

Conversation Messages:

  • Free Plan: 180 per month

What Happens When You Reach Limits:

  • You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit
  • You can upgrade to Starter Plan for higher limits
  • Limits reset at the beginning of each month
  • Some features may be temporarily unavailable until limits reset

Website Embedding

Both plans allow you to embed your incentive program on your website, creating social proof and encouraging customer engagement.

How It Works:

  • Generate an embed code from your account
  • Add the code to your website
  • Your incentive program displays on your site
  • Customers can interact directly from your website

Is the Free Plan Really Free Forever?

Yes! The Free Plan has no time limits, charges, or hidden fees. You can use it forever with full access to all core features. There are no restrictions on how long you can stay on the Free Plan.

Can I Cancel My Subscription Anytime?

Absolutely! You can cancel your Starter Plan subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and then you'll automatically return to the Free Plan.

Can I Upgrade Later?

Yes! You can start with the Free Plan and upgrade to the Starter Plan anytime. When you upgrade:

  • All your existing data is preserved
  • You get immediate access to Starter Plan features
  • Your account limits are updated instantly
  • You're charged immediately for the first month

Do I Need a Credit Card to Start?
