👥 View Group Members
Learn how to view and manage members of group incentive offers.
What Are Group Offers?
Group offers are incentive offers that require multiple recipients to participate together. They're ideal for:
- Group discounts
- Team incentives
- Collaborative rewards
- Referral chains
Accessing Group Members
URL: /provider/incentive-offers/group-members/[incentive_offer_id]
Navigation:
- Go to Incentive Offers in your dashboard
- Find a Group offer (check the Offer Type column)
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Select View Members Group
Note: This option only appears for Group offers, not Single offers.
Understanding the Group Members Page
Page Header
- Back Button - Return to the offers list
- Title - "Group Members" with user icon
- Tour Button - Start the interactive guide
Member List
The page displays all members participating in the group offer:

| Joined At | When they joined the group |
Member Roles
| Role | Description |

| Creator | The person who initiated/created the group offer |
| Member | Participants who joined the group |
Member Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Fully participating member |
| Pending | Invited but hasn't responded yet |
| Inactive | Declined or removed from group |
Managing Group Members
Approving Members
If you have creator privileges:
- Find a member with Pending status
- Click the Approve action
- Member status changes to Active
- Success message confirms the action
Rejecting Members
If you have creator privileges:
- Find a member you want to remove
- Click the Reject action
- Member status changes to Inactive
- Success message confirms the action
Note: As a provider, you can view members but may have limited management capabilities depending on the offer configuration.
Member List Display
Card View
Each member is displayed with:
- Avatar - Profile picture or initials
- Name - Username or email
- Role Badge - Creator or Member
- Status Badge - Active/Pending/Inactive
- Join Date - When they joined
Empty State
If no members exist:
- Message: "No group members found"
- Check if the offer is correctly configured as a Group offer
Pagination
When there are many members:
- Showing X of Y members - Current view count
- Pagination controls appear when total exceeds per-page limit
- Navigate through pages as needed
Interactive Tour
A guided tour helps you understand the page:
- Auto-start - Tour starts automatically on first visit
- Manual Start - Click Take Tour button in top-right corner
- Follow Along - Highlighted areas explain each feature
Group Offer Workflow
How Group Offers Work
1. Provider creates Group offer
↓
2. Initial recipient (becomes Creator) claims offer
↓
3. Creator invites others to join
↓
4. Invitees join the group (become Members)
↓
5. When max members reached, incentive activates
↓
6. All members can claim the incentive
Tracking Progress

Best Practices
Monitoring Group Progress
✅ Do:
- Regularly check group participation
- Follow up with pending invitations
- Verify member details when needed
- Track progress toward max members
❌ Don't:
- Ignore pending members for long
- Leave groups incomplete indefinitely
- Remove active members without reason
Communication
- Use the Messages feature to communicate with group participants
- Send updates about group progress
- Notify when the group is complete
Troubleshooting
Can't See Group Members Option
Causes:
- Offer is a Single offer, not Group
- Offer hasn't been claimed yet
- No members have joined
Solutions:
- Check the Offer Type column in the table
- Verify the offer has been claimed
- Wait for members to join
No Members Showing
Causes:
- No one has joined the group yet
- Loading error
- Network issue
Solutions:
- Wait for members to accept invitations
- Refresh the page
- Check your internet connection
Can't Approve/Reject Members
Causes:
- Insufficient permissions
- Member status already changed
- Network error
Solutions:
- Verify your permissions
- Refresh the page to see current status
- Try the action again
Error Loading Members
Causes:
- Invalid offer ID
- Server error
- Session expired
Solutions:
- Verify the offer ID is correct
- Try again in a few moments
- Log in again if session expired
Floating Action Button (FAB)
The FAB provides quick navigation to related pages:
