How It Works (Simple Version)

  1. You find a product or service you want to buy
  2. You request an incentive (like cashback or a discount) from the business
  3. The business reviews your request and may approve it
  4. You complete the purchase and any required actions
  5. You receive your reward (cashback, discount code, etc.)

It's that simple! Now let's get you set up.


✅ Before You Start

Make sure you have:

  • ✅ A valid email address that you can access
  • ✅ A device with internet connection (computer, tablet, or phone)
  • ✅ About 10-15 minutes to complete registration and setup

📝 Step 1: Create Your Account

The first thing you need to do is create an account. Don't worry - it's quick and easy!

Choose Your Registration Method

Incentise offers three ways to create your account. Pick the one that's easiest for you:

Option 1: Standard Registration (Most Common)

This is the traditional way where you create a password.

What to do:

  1. Go to the Incentise website
  2. Click "Register" or "Sign Up" (usually in the top right corner)
  3. Fill out the form with:
    • Your email address
    • A username (choose something unique)
    • A password (make it strong!)
    • Select "As an incentive recipient" from the dropdown
  4. Click "Register"
  5. Check your email for a verification code
  6. Enter the 6-digit code to verify your email
  7. You're done! You can now log in

Tip: Keep your password safe and don't share it with anyone.

Option 2: Sign In with Google (Fastest)

If you have a Google account, this is the quickest way to get started.

What to do:

  1. Go to the registration page
  2. Click "Continue with Google"
  3. Select your Google account
  4. Allow permissions when asked
  5. That's it! Your account is created automatically

Why this is great: No password to remember, and your email is already verified!

This method sends you a special link via email that logs you in automatically.

What to do:

  1. On the registration page, find "Register with Magic Link"
  2. Fill out your information:
    • Email address
    • First name and last name
    • Username
    • Select "As an incentive recipient"
  3. Click "Send Magic Link"
  4. Check your email and click the magic link
  5. You'll be automatically logged in!

Important: Magic links expire after 15 minutes, so check your email right away.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

"Email already exists": This means you already have an account. Try logging in instead.

"Username is already taken": Someone else is using that username. Try adding numbers or using a different variation.

Can't find the verification email:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder
  • Wait 1-2 minutes and refresh your inbox
  • Make sure you're checking the correct email address
  • Click "Resend Verification Code" if needed

Once you're logged in, you'll see the home page. This is your starting point for everything!

What You'll See

The home page has:

  1. A Search Box: Find products and services that offer incentives

Using the Search Feature

The search box helps you find products and services:

  1. Click on the search box (it says "Search products or services to request and earn incentives...")
  2. Type what you're looking for (e.g., "laptop", "web design", "coffee")
  3. Results will appear automatically
  4. Click on a result to see more details

Tips for Better Searches:

  • Be specific: Instead of "phone", try "iPhone" or "Samsung phone"
  • Use keywords: Think about what you're looking for
  • Check spelling: Make sure words are spelled correctly

What if nothing shows up? Don't worry! You can still request an incentive for that product or service. Just click the link that says "Click here to request incentive for yourself or with your friends, colleagues".

This button takes you to a form where you can request an incentive for something you want to buy. We'll show you how to use it in the next step!


💡 Step 3: Create Your First Incentive Request

Now for the fun part - requesting your first incentive! This is how you ask businesses for rewards.

Quick Start: Request from Search Results

The Easy Way:

  1. Use the search box to find a product or service
  2. Click on a result that interests you
  3. You'll see a page with details about that product/service
  4. Fill out the request form on that page
  5. Submit your request!

Creating a Request from Scratch

If you want to create a request for something that's not in the search results:

  1. Click the "Request Incentive" button on the home page

    • OR go to the Incentive Requests page and click "Create Incentive Request Without Existing Incentive Program"
  2. Fill out the form with:

    Product/Service Information:

    • Name: What product or service do you want? (e.g., "MacBook Pro", "Website Design Services")
    • Website URL: Where can this be found? (e.g., "https://apple.com")

    About You:

    • Entity Type: Are you an Individual, Business, or Organization?
    • Entity Stage: Are you a Startup, Established, etc.?

    What You Want:

    • Incentive Type: Do you want Cashback (money back) or Discount (reduced price)?
    • Request Type: Is this just for you (Single) or for you and others (Group)?

    Your Message (This is important!):

    • Explain why you're interested in this product/service
    • Mention how you plan to use it
    • Be polite and clear
    • You can use template suggestions if available

    Privacy:

    • Check "Masking Request Message" if you want to keep your message private
    • Leave it unchecked if you're okay with others seeing it
  3. Review everything and click "Submit"

Tips for Writing a Good Request Message

What to Include:

  • A brief introduction about yourself
  • Why you're interested in the product/service
  • How you plan to use it
  • What incentive would motivate you to make the purchase

Example of a Good Message:

What Happens After You Submit?

  1. Your request is created with status "Draft" or "Requested"
  2. The business will see your request
  3. They may respond with questions or approve it

⚙️ Step 4: Set Up Your Account

Now that you've created your first request, let's make sure your account is set up properly so you can receive your rewards!

Accessing Your Settings

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Look for "Settings" in the menu (usually in the top right or sidebar)
  3. Click on it to see different setting categories

Essential Settings to Complete

1. Profile Settings

Add Your Name:

  • Go to SettingsProfile
  • Enter your first name and last name
  • Click "Save Changes"

Upload a Profile Picture (Optional but Recommended):

  • In the Profile section, click "Choose File"
  • Select an image from your computer
  • Make sure it's less than 5MB and in JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP format
  • The image will upload automatically

2. Account Settings

View Your Account Information:

  • Go to SettingsAccount
  • You'll see your username, email, and account status
  • You can edit your username or email if needed

Change Your Username:

  • Enter your current email and new email

  • Click "Add Social Media"

  • Enter your profile URL
  • Click "Save Changes"

Why add social media? It helps businesses learn more about you and can improve your chances of approval.

4. Change Password

Update Your Password:

  • Go to SettingsChange Password
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new password
  • Click "Change Password"

Password Requirements:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Must contain uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Must contain at least one number
  • Maximum 100 characters

Security Tip: Use a strong, unique password that you don't use for other accounts.

Setting Up Payout Accounts (Important!)

To receive cashback, you need to set up payout accounts. This tells the system where to send your money.

How to Set Up:

  1. Go to SettingsPayout Account (or similar)
  2. Add your payment method (bank account, PayPal, etc.)
  3. Enter all required information accurately
