📋 Incentive Requests (Incoming Requests)

Manage and respond to incentive requests from Incentive Recipients

Overview​

The Incentive Requests feature allows you to manage incoming incentive requests submitted by Incentive Recipients who are interested in your products or services. This is your central hub for reviewing, approving, negotiating, and fulfilling incentive requests.


What You Can Do​

  • View all incoming incentive requests from Incentive Recipients
  • Review request details and Incentive Recipient information
  • Communicate with Incentive Recipients through messages
  • Manage the approval and fulfillment process
  • Track group requests and incentive distributions
  • Embed acknowledgement widgets on your website

Prerequisites​

Before managing incentive requests, ensure you have:

  1. Registered as an Incentive Provider - Complete your provider setup at https://incentise.com/provider/provider-profile
  2. At least one Active Incentive Program - Recipients can only submit requests for active programs
  3. Access to provider dashboard - Be logged in as a provider user

Accessing Incentive Requests​

Location: Navigate to https://incentise.com/provider/incentive-requests

Access: Available from your provider dashboard navigation menu under "Incentive Requests"


Dashboard Components​

1. Page Header​

  • Title: "Incentive Requests"
  • Subtitle: "Manage incentive requests from requesters here"

Search incentive requests by:

  • Incentive Request ID
  • Recipient email address
  • Product/Service name
  • Message content
  • Requester type, Incentive type, Status

3. Incentive Requests Table​

4. Action Menu Options​

From the three-dots icon (â‹®), access:

  • Messages With Recipient - Open conversation thread
  • View Group Members - (Group requests only) View participants
  • View Incentive Distribution - View distribution records
  • View Incentive Program - Open associated program

5. Pagination Controls​

  • Rows per page selector (10, 25, 50, 100)
  • Page navigation buttons
  • Entry count display

Request Types​

Single Requests​

  • Request from one Incentive Recipient
  • Straightforward management - one recipient, one incentive

Group Requests​

  • Multiple Incentive Recipients participate together
  • Often for group discounts or better deals
  • View and manage group members via action menu

Incentive Types​

Cashback​

  • Recipients receive money back after purchase
  • May require receipt uploads or link clicks

Discount​

  • Recipients receive discount codes or reduced prices
  • May require link clicks or specific instructions

Typical Request Workflow​

1. Recipient Submits Request → Status: "Requested"
↓
2. You Review → Status: "Under Review"
↓
3. Information Exchange (if needed) → Status: "Needs Info" / "Info Provided"
↓
4. Decision Made → Status: "Approved Confirmed" / "Counter Request" / "Rejected"
↓
5. Recipient Actions → Status: "Pre Claimed" / "Claimed"
↓
6. Fulfillment (outside Incentise) → Record Distribution
↓
7. Complete → Status: "Completed"

Claiming Requests (Without Active Program)​

When a recipient creates a request for a product/service without an active incentive program:

  1. Receive email notification with claim link
  2. Click the claim link to take ownership
  3. System automatically:
    • Transfers the program to your vendor account
    • Updates status to "Under Review"
    • Creates conversation thread
  4. Start managing the request from your dashboard

Important: Claim links expire for security. If expired, contact support.


Quick Actions​

Finding Specific Requests​

  • By Email: Type recipient's email in search
  • By Product/Service: Search product name
  • By Status: Search status name (e.g., "Requested")
  • By ID: Enter request ID directly

Managing Multiple Requests​

  • Use search to filter quickly
  • Use pagination to navigate
  • Prioritize "Requested" and "Needs Info" statuses
