View Incentive Distribution
Track how incentives are distributed for your request
Overview
The Incentive Distributions page shows detailed information about how incentives have been distributed for your request. This includes payment details, distribution status, and recipient information.
Understanding Incentive Delivery: The distribution records on the Incentise platform reflect the actual delivery of incentives. Actual incentives provided by the provider could be delivered through a third-party application. For example, for cashback, the funds could be transferred directly to your account, and the incentive would only be recorded in Incentise. However, for discount codes, for example, they could be given directly within the Incentise platform. The distribution of incentives on the Incentise platform is a form of record that reflects reality.

How Incentives Are Delivered
Incentives can be delivered through different methods:
| Delivery Method | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Third-Party Application | Incentive is delivered outside Incentise, and the platform records it | Cashback funds transferred directly to your bank account |
| Incentise Platform | Incentive is provided directly within the platform | Discount codes given within Incentise |
| External System | Incentive delivered through provider's system | Gift cards sent via email |
Note: The distribution record reflects the actual delivery of the incentive, regardless of the delivery method used.
