What Are Incentive Requests?
An Incentive Request is your way of asking for rewards (like cashback or discounts) when you want to purchase a product or service. Think of it as a formal request to a business saying: "I'm interested in buying this, and I'd like to receive an incentive for it."
When you create an incentive request, you're:
- Expressing interest in a product or service
- Requesting a reward (cashback, discount, etc.) for your purchase
- Starting a conversation with the business about getting incentives
- Tracking your request from submission to completion
Understanding the Incentive Requests Page
When you visit the Incentive Requests page, you'll see a table showing all your incentive requests.
Table Columns

| Incentive Request ID | Unique identifier for your request |
| Product/Service Name | The name of the product or service |
| Message | Your request message (click to view conversation) |
| Incentive Type | Type of incentive (Cashback, Discount, etc.) |
| Request Type | Single (just you) or Group (with others) |
| Delivery Method | Email or Shared Link |
| Status | Current status of your request |
| Created | Date when you created the request |
| Action | Menu with various options |
Page Features
- Search Bar - Search through your requests by keywords
- Create New Request Button - Start a new incentive request
- Pagination - Navigate through pages of requests
Understanding Request Statuses
Your incentive requests go through different statuses:
Initial Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not submitted. You can edit or delete it. |
| Requested | Submitted and sent to the business for review. |
Processing Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Acknowledged | Business has received and acknowledged your request. |
| Under Review | Business is actively reviewing your request. |
| Needs Info | Business needs more information from you. |
| Info Provided | You've provided the additional information requested. |
Decision Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Approved Pending | Approved, waiting for your actions. |
| Approved Confirmed | Approved and all requirements met. |
| Counter Request | Business made a counter-offer with different terms. |
| Requires Revision | Business wants you to revise your request. |
| Rejected | Business has declined your request. |
| No Response | Business hasn't responded after multiple attempts. |
Final Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Completed | Incentive process is fully finished. |
| Cancelled | You've cancelled your request. |
Request Types
Single Requests
A Single request is just for you:
- Simpler process
- Faster approval typically
- Good for personal purchases
Group Requests
A Group request involves multiple people:
- You create the request and others can join
- You set a maximum number of members
- Better deals sometimes available for groups
- Access to group-specific features like member management and group chat
Delivery Methods
Email Delivery
- Business receives your request via email
- They contact you directly through email
- You cannot edit after status becomes "Requested"
Shared Link Delivery
- You receive a special link to share with the business
- More flexible - you control who sees it
- You can edit even after status is "Requested"
Available Actions
From the action menu, you can:
