View Group Members

Manage members of your group incentive request

Overview​

The Group Members page allows you to view and manage all members who are part of your group incentive request. This page is only available for requests with Request Type set to "Group".

How to Access​

  1. Go to Incentive Requests page
  2. Find a Group request in the table (Request Type shows "Group")
  3. Click the action menu (⋮)
  4. Select "View Group Members"

Page Layout​

Header Section​

  • Title - "Group Members"
  • Description - "Manage members of your incentive request group"
  • Invite Members Button - Available for group creators only

Members List​

A list showing all current group members with their details.

Pending Invitations​

If you're the creator, you'll see a list of pending invitations.

Member Information​

Each member card shows:

Member Roles​

Creator​

The user who created the group request:

  • Full control over the group
  • Can invite new members
  • Can approve/reject pending members
  • Can communicate with the provider

Member​

Users who joined the group:

  • Part of the group request
  • Can view group information
  • Can participate in group messages
  • Cannot edit the main request

Member Statuses​

Actions for Creators​

Inviting Members​

  1. Click "Invite Members" button
  2. Enter email addresses
  3. Add an optional message
  4. Click Send Invitations

Managing Pending Members​

For each pending member:

  • Approve - Accept them into the group
  • Reject - Decline their request to join

Member Limits​

  • You set a Maximum Required Members when creating the group
  • Once limit is reached, no more members can join
  • You can modify the limit by editing the request

Actions for Members​

As a group member, you can:

  • View other group members
  • See the member list
  • Participate in Group Messages
  • Submit acknowledgement confirmation (when applicable)

Pagination​

For groups with many members:

  • Choose items per page (5, 10, 20, 50)
  • Navigate using Previous/Next buttons
  • See total member count

Pending Invitations Section​

What It Shows​

  • List of invitations you've sent
  • Invitation status (Pending, Accepted, Declined)
  • Email addresses of invitees

Managing Invitations​

As the creator:

  • View all pending invitations
  • Track which invitations are still pending
  • See when invitations were sent

Group Member Workflow​

1. Creator Creates Group Request​

Create Request → Set Request Type: Group → Set Max Members

2. Creator Invites Members​

View Group Members → Invite Members → Send Email Invitations

3. Members Join​

Receive Invitation → Accept → Status: Pending → Creator Approves → Status: Active

4. Group Request Proceeds​

All members active → Request processed → Distributions sent to all

Best Practices​

For Creators​

✅ Do:

  • Set appropriate maximum members
  • Send clear invitation messages
  • Approve members promptly
  • Keep members informed of status

❌ Don't:

  • Invite random people
  • Leave invitations pending too long
  • Exceed needed member count

For Members​

✅ Do:

  • Respond to invitations promptly
  • Participate in group discussions
  • Submit confirmations when required
