The home page shows different content depending on your login status and account type:

View 1: Not Logged In (Guest User)​

If you're visiting Incentise for the first time or haven't logged in, you'll see:

  • A description explaining how to save money and get value from transactions
  • A search box to find products and services
  • Two action buttons: "Request incentive" and "Offer incentive"
  • Information about how incentive provider can attract incentive recipient

View 2: Logged In as Incentive Recipient​

If you're logged in as someone who wants to earn incentives, you'll see:

  • A search box to find products and services
  • One action button: "Request incentive"
  • Information about how incentive providers can attract incentive recipients

View 3: Logged In as Incentive Provider​

If you're logged in as a business owner who offers incentives, you'll see:

  • Information about attracting and retaining incentive recipient

Main Features of the Home Page​

1. Search for Products and Services​

The search feature is one of the most important tools on the home page. It helps you find products and services that have incentive programs available.

How to Use the Search Feature​

Step 1: Open the Search Box

  • Look for the search box in the center of the home page
  • It will have placeholder text that says: "Search products or services to request and earn incentives..."
  • Click anywhere on the search box to open it

Step 2: Type Your Search

  • Once the search box opens, you'll see a dialog window
  • Start typing the name of a product or service you're interested in

Don't worry! You can still request an incentive for that product or service. The message will include a link that says:

"Click here to request incentive for yourself or with your friends, colleagues"

Click that link to create a new incentive request for a product or service that isn't in the system yet.

Keyboard Shortcuts​

  • Press Enter or Space on the search box to open it quickly
  • Type to search - the search happens automatically as you type
  • Click outside the search dialog or press Escape to close it

2. Action Buttons​

The home page includes action buttons that help you get started quickly. The buttons you see depend on whether you're logged in and your account type.

For Guests (Not Logged In)​

You'll see two buttons:

"Request incentive" Button

  • What it does: Takes you to a page where you can request an incentive for a product or service
  • When to use it: Use this if you want to earn cashback, discounts, or other rewards
  • Who it's for: Anyone who wants to save money on purchases
  • What happens: Clicking this button will take you to the incentive request creation page

"Offer incentive" Button

  • What it does: Takes you to a page where you can create an incentive offer as a business
  • When to use it: Use this if you're a business owner who wants to attract customers
  • Who it's for: Vendors, business owners, or service providers
  • What happens: Clicking this button will take you to the incentive offer creation page

For Logged-In Incentive Recipients​

You'll see one button:

"Request incentive" Button

  • What it does: Takes you directly to create a new incentive request
  • When to use it: Use this whenever you want to request an incentive for a purchase
  • What happens: You'll be taken to the incentive request form where you can specify what you want

For Logged-In Incentive Provider​

You'll see one button:

"Offer incentive" Button

  • What it does: Takes you directly to create a new incentive offer
  • When to use it: Use this when you want to create a new incentive program for your business
  • What happens: You'll be taken to the incentive offer creation form

3. Informational Text​

The home page includes helpful text that explains what Incentise does and how it can help you.

For Guests and Incentive Recipients​

You'll see this message:

"Save money or get more value from every transaction you make. Request and receive an incentive for yourself or with your friends or colleagues."

What this means:

  • You can save money on purchases
  • You can get extra value from transactions
  • You can request incentives for yourself
  • You can also request incentives together with friends or colleagues (group requests)

For Incentive Providers​

You'll see this message:

"Attract or retain customers, clients and more. Offer and give an incentive like cashback, discounts, Gifts, etc. and turn it into social proof."

What this means:

  • You can use incentives to attract new customers
  • You can use incentives to keep existing customers
  • You can offer various types of incentives (cashback, discounts, gifts)
  • Your incentives can serve as social proof (showing others that people are interested)

Scenario 1: I Want to Find a Product or Service​

Goal: Find a specific product or service that offers incentives

Steps:

  1. Visit the Incentise home page
