Whether you're looking for cashback, discounts, or other incentives, this guide will help you navigate the system easily.
What Is an Incentive Program?
An Incentive Program is a dedicated page for a specific product or service where you can:
- View information about the product or service
- Create incentive requests to ask for rewards
- Browse all requests made by other users
- View offers from businesses
- Track your own requests and offers in one place
Think of it as a marketplace page where businesses showcase their products/services and you can request or receive incentives for purchasing them.
Finding an Incentive Program
Using the Search Feature
Step 1: Access the Search Bar
- When you visit the Incentive Program section, you'll see a search bar at the top of the page
- The search bar says: "Search products or services to request and earn incentives..."
Step 2: Search for a Product or Service
- Click on the search bar
- A search dialog will open
- Type the name of the product or service you're looking for
- Results will appear automatically as you type
Step 3: Select a Program
- Click on the product or service from the search results
- You'll be taken to that program's page
What If You Don't Find What You're Looking For?
If you can't find a product or service:
- You can still create an incentive request for it
- Visit the "Incentive Requests" page to create a request without an existing program
- The system will help you set up a request for any product or service
Understanding the Program Page
When you open an Incentive Program page, you'll see several sections:
1. Program Header Card
At the top of the page, you'll see a card with important information:
Product/Service Information:
- Logo/Image: Visual representation of the product or service
- Name: The name of the product or service
- Description: A brief description of what it is
- Visit Website Button: Click to open the official website in a new tab
Statistics (shown at the bottom of the header card):
- Acknowledgements: Total number of incentives that have been acknowledged/received
- Share: Button to share this program page on social media (WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Telegram) or copy the link
What These Numbers Mean:
- Higher numbers indicate more activity and interest
- You can see how popular a product/service is
- This helps you understand if others are also interested in getting incentives
2. Request Form Section
Below the header, you'll see a form to create a new incentive request. This form allows you to:
- Select your entity type (Individual, Business, etc.)
- Choose your entity stage (Startup, Established, etc.)
- Pick the type of incentive you want (Cashback, Discount, etc.)
- Write a message to the business
- Choose whether to make your message public or private
Note: You may need to log in to create a request. If you're not logged in, you'll see a prompt to log in when you try to submit the form.
3. Tabs Section
The page has four tabs that organize different views:
Tab 1: All Requests
- Shows all incentive requests made by everyone for this product/service
- Public view - anyone can see these
- Helps you see what others are requesting
Tab 2: All Offers
- Shows all incentive offers made by businesses
- Public view - anyone can see these
- Helps you see what businesses are offering
Tab 3: My Requests
- Shows only your personal incentive requests for this product/service
- Private view - requires login
- Helps you track your own requests
Tab 4: Offer to Me
- Shows incentive offers specifically directed to you
- Private view - requires login
- Helps you see offers meant for you
Creating an Incentive Request
You can create a new incentive request directly from the program page.
Step-by-Step: Creating Your Request
Step 1: Fill Out the Request Form
The form appears below the program header. Here's what each section means:
A. Entity Type
- Select what type of entity you are
- Options might include: Individual, Business, Organization, etc.
- This helps businesses understand who is requesting the incentive
B. Entity Stage
- Select the stage that best describes your situation
- Options might include: Startup, Established, Growing, etc.
- This provides context about your needs
C. Incentive Type
- Choose the type of incentive you want
- Common options:
- Cashback: Money back after purchase
- Discount: Reduced price or discount code
- Free Trial: Try the product/service for free
- Gift: Receive a gift with purchase
- Select the one that interests you most
D. Request Type
- Choose whether this is:
- Single: Just for you
- Group: For you and others (friends, colleagues, etc.)
- Group requests can sometimes get better incentives
E. Message
- Write a message to the business
- Explain why you're interested in the product/service
- Mention what incentive you'd like
- Be polite and clear
- You can use template suggestions if available
F. Masking Request Message
- Check this box if you want to hide your message from public view
- Unchecked: Everyone can see your message
- Checked: Only you and the business can see your message
- This is about privacy - choose what you're comfortable with
Step 2: Review Your Information
- Double-check all your selections
- Make sure your message is clear
- Verify your entity type and stage
Step 3: Submit Your Request
- Click the "Submit" or "Send" button
- If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to log in first
- After submission, your request will appear in the "My Requests" tab
What Happens Next?
- Your request will be visible to the business
- The business can review and respond to your request
- You'll be able to track the status in "My Requests"
Viewing All Requests
The "All Requests" tab shows all incentive requests made by everyone for this product/service.
What You'll See
Each request card displays:
Request Information:
- Requester Avatar: Profile picture or initial of the person who made the request
- Requester Name: Name of the person (may be masked for privacy)
- Incentive Type: What type of incentive they're requesting (Cashback, Discount, etc.)
- Request Type: Whether it's "Single" or "Group"
- Status Badge: Current status of the request (Requested, Under Review, Approved, etc.)
- Message: The message they wrote to the business (may be masked)
- Date Created: When the request was made
- Customer Type: Whether they're a "Prospect Customer" or "Existing Customer"
Understanding Request Cards
Color-Coded Status Badges:
- Different colors indicate different statuses
- Green usually means approved or completed
- Yellow/orange means pending or under review
- Red might mean rejected or cancelled
- Blue might mean in progress
Masked Messages:
- Some messages may be hidden (masked) for privacy
- You'll see "[Message is masked]" instead of the actual message
- This is the requester's choice
Group Requests:
- If you see a "Group" badge, multiple people are involved
- Group requests might show member count
- These often have better incentive opportunities
Using Pagination
If there are many requests:
- Use "Previous" and "Next" buttons at the bottom
- Navigate through pages to see more requests
- Each page shows up to 10 requests

- See what others are requesting

Viewing My Requests
The "My Requests" tab shows only your personal incentive requests for this product/service.
Accessing My Requests
Step 1: Click the "My Requests" Tab
- Located in the tab section
- You may need to log in to see this tab
Step 2: View Your Requests
- If you're not logged in, you'll see a message: "Please login to see your requests"
- After logging in, your requests will appear
What You'll See
Each of your request cards shows:
Your Request Details:
- Status Badge: Current status with color coding
- Incentive Type: What you requested
- Request Type: Single or Group
- Message: Your message to the business
- Date Created: When you created it
- Action Menu: Three-dot menu (⋮) with options
Request Counter:
- At the top, you'll see: "X of Y requests"
- Shows how many requests are displayed vs. total
Managing Your Requests
Action Menu Options:
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on any of your requests to see available actions:
Edit Request
- Available for: Draft or Requested status (if Shared Link delivery)
- Allows you to modify your request
- Change message, entity type, incentive type, etc.
Delete Request
- Available for: Draft status only
- Permanently removes your request
- Use with caution - this cannot be undone
View Details
- See full details of your request
- View status history
- See any responses from the business
Copy Shared Link
- Available for: Requests with Shared Link delivery method
- Copies a link you can share with the business
- Useful for direct communication
Understanding Your Request Statuses
Your requests can have different statuses. Here's what they mean:
Draft
- You've started but haven't submitted yet
- You can still edit or delete it
- Not visible to the business yet
Requested
- You've submitted your request
- The business can now see it
- Waiting for business response
Under Review
- The business is reviewing your request
- They're considering whether to approve it
- Be patient - this may take time
Needs Info
- The business needs more information from you
- Check for messages or notifications
- Provide the requested information
Approved Pending / Approved Confirmed
- Great news! Your request has been approved
- The business has agreed to provide the incentive
- Follow any instructions they provide
Claimed / Pre Claimed
- You've claimed the incentive
- The process is moving forward
- Wait for confirmation or delivery
Completed
- Everything is finished!
- You've received your incentive
- The process is complete
Rejected
- The business has declined your request
- Don't worry - you can try again or request something else
- Consider revising your request
Cancelled
- You've cancelled your request
- It's no longer active
- You can create a new one if needed
Viewing All Offers
The "All Offers" tab shows all incentive offers made by businesses for this product/service.
What You'll See
Each offer card displays:
Offer Information:
