View Group Members
Manage participants in group incentive requests
Overview
The Group Members page allows you to view and manage all participants in a group incentive request. Group requests require multiple recipients to participate together, often for group discounts or special deals.
Note: This option is only available for requests with "Group" request type.
How to Access
- Go to Incentive Requests page (
/provider/incentive-requests) - Find a request with "Group" in the Request Type column
- Click the action menu (⋮)
- Select "View Group Members"

Member List
Displays all group members with their details and status.
Member Information
Each member entry shows:

| Joined At | When they joined the group |
Member Roles

Member Statuses

| Active | Approved and participating | Green badge |
| Pending | Awaiting approval | Yellow badge |
| Inactive | Rejected or removed | Gray badge |
Managing Group Members
Approving Members
If you're the creator or have permissions:
- Find the pending member in the list
- Click Approve button
- Member status changes to "Active"
- Confirmation toast appears
Rejecting Members
- Find the member to reject
- Click Reject button
- Member status changes to "Inactive"
- Confirmation toast appears
Note: Only members with "Pending" status can be approved/rejected.
Pagination
For groups with many members:

Group Request Requirements
Minimum Members
Group requests typically have minimum member requirements:
- Creator sets maximum required members
- Request may need minimum participation before approval
- Check the request details for specific requirements
Tracking Progress
Monitor:
- How many members have joined
- How many are active vs pending
- Progress toward required count
Best Practices
Managing Groups
✅ Do:
- Review pending members promptly
- Communicate with group leader about requirements
- Approve legitimate members quickly
- Track participation progress
❌ Don't:
- Leave pending requests too long
- Reject without reason
- Approve without verification
Communication
- Use Messages feature to communicate with group creator
- Clarify any questions about member eligibility
- Provide clear requirements to the group
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| "View Group Members" not available | Request is not a Group type |
| No members showing | Members haven't joined yet |
| Can't approve/reject | Check your permissions |
| Page loading slowly | Try reducing rows per page |
