Provider profile

Your provider profile is your business identity on Incentise. The name, logo, description, and contact details you enter here appear on public pages where people see your brand and incentive acknowledgments. Keeping this information accurate and complete helps customers and partners trust what they see.

This page explains what you will find under Provider Profile in your account and how to fill it in—no technical background required.

Where to open it

  1. Sign in to Incentise as a provider (vendor).
  2. In the sidebar, choose Provider Profile.
  3. The browser address usually contains /provider/provider-profile.

The tab title may show something like Provider Profile | Setup.

The first time you visit

If you have not created a profile yet, you will see a short explanation and one main action:

  • Provider Profile (title)
  • Text explaining that you have not set up your profile yet, and that it will be used for your public presence and acknowledgment activity.
  • A button: Setup Provider Profile

Click Setup Provider Profile to open the form. You can change everything later, so you do not need every optional field on day one.

Take Tour — A help button on the screen can walk you through the page step by step the first time you use it.

After your profile exists

The screen title becomes either Add Provider Profile (if you are still in the first save flow) or Update Provider Profile (once a profile is saved).

Under the title you will see:

  • Update your profile as incentive provider. This information will be displayed publicly.
(When you are new, it may instead say to fill in details to create your profile.)

View your public page

When a profile is already saved, a button View Public Profile may appear. It opens your public provider page in a new browser tab so you can see what visitors see. Use it after you make changes to check that everything looks right.

Status labels (if shown)

Some accounts see small badges next to the title, for example:

  • Verified — Your business profile has been verified by Incentise (hover the badge for any extra note or date).
  • Claimed — Indicates ownership of the listing (hover for details if shown).

If you do not see these, your account may not use them yet; it does not stop you from editing your profile.

What to fill in

The form is grouped into sections. Only two fields are required everywhere in the form: Provider name and Website. Everything else is optional but recommended where it applies to your business.

Basic information

FieldRequired?What to enter
Provider nameYesYour business or brand name as you want it shown publicly (at least 2 characters).

Description

A short About text for your public profile. You can write up to 1,024 characters. It is optional but useful so people understand what your business does.

  • Choose one image file from your computer.
  • Allowed types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WEBP.
  • Maximum size: 5 MB.

After you save a logo once, you may see Current logo with a preview. Uploading a new file replaces the old one when you save.

Saving your work

  • Create Provider Profile — Saves the first time (wording may show Creating... while it works).
  • Update Provider Profile — Saves changes to an existing profile (Updating... while it works).

If you opened the form from Setup Provider Profile but have not saved yet, a Cancel button may return you to the starting screen without creating a profile.

When save succeeds, the app usually shows a short confirmation. If something fails, read the message on the screen (for example wrong website format or file too large) and fix that field.

Tips for a strong public profile

  1. Use your real business name — Match what people see on invoices or your storefront.
  2. Double-check your website — Copy and paste from the browser to avoid typos.
  3. Add at least one clear way to contact you — Email or phone helps legitimacy.
  4. Upload a clear logo — Square or simple logos often look best in small sizes.
  5. Refresh your public page after big edits using View Public Profile.

Common issues

ProblemWhat to check
“Please enter a valid URL”Website and most support/social fields need a full address with https:// (or http://).
Logo rejectedUse only JPG, PNG, or WEBP; file under 5 MB.
Description too longStay within 1,024 characters.
Name too shortProvider name needs at least 2 characters.
Page keeps loadingWait a moment, refresh, or check your internet connection.

What this profile does not do by itself

Saving a provider profile does not replace your login email or password for Incentise—those are managed under Settings in your account. The support email on this form is what you show to the public, not necessarily the same as your sign-in email.
