Provider public page

The provider public page is the profile visitors see when they open your business on Incentise without signing in to your provider dashboard. It is built from the information you save under Provider profile and from your products or services that have an incentive program.

It is designed so people can learn who you are, see social proof (acknowledgement counts), and open each product or service you list.

How to open the page

The web address usually looks like this:

https://incentise.com/your-provider-name

The your-provider-name part matches your public provider name in a URL-friendly form (spaces and special characters may become hyphens or similar). If you are logged in as the provider, use View public profile on your Provider profile screen to open the exact link.

Anyone with the link can view the page—no login required for most of what is shown.

What visitors see

Top area

  • A banner area and your logo (if you uploaded one in Provider profile).
  • A share control so visitors can copy the link to this profile.

Your business details

  • Business name (as you entered it).
  • Trust icons (when they apply), for example verified or claimed—hover or tap for a short explanation.
  • If the listing is not claimed, visitors may see a note that the profile has not been claimed yet.
  • Description (the text you added on Provider profile).
  • Website — clickable.
  • Contact links where you added them: phone, social networks, WhatsApp, and similar.
  • Email — often shown as a label; to reveal or use the address, the visitor may need to log in (the page will say so).

Summary numbers

  • How many products or services you show on this profile (each linked program counts as one row in the list below).
  • Total acknowledgements across those offerings—how many times recipients have publicly acknowledged incentives tied to your programs (wording on the page may say “Acknowledgement” or “Acknowledgements”).

List of products or services

Each row usually includes:

  • Image (if the product or service has one).
  • Name of the product or service — clicking opens its own public page (see Product or service public page).
  • An Active label when that program is active.
  • A short description of the offering.
  • Acknowledgement count for that specific item.
  • A website link for that product or service, when provided.

If you have not added any products or services yet, visitors see a friendly empty state explaining that nothing is listed yet.

If the page cannot be found

Visitors may see Provider not found if the link is wrong, the provider was removed, or the name in the URL does not match any live profile.

Tips for providers

  1. Keep Provider profile complete — Name, website, description, and logo make this page trustworthy.
  2. Add products or services and programs so the list below the header is not empty.
  3. Use “View public profile” after edits to check what the public sees.
  4. Share the URL on your site, email footers, or QR codes so customers can see proof of delivered incentives.
