How to Delete Your Account

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Navigate to Settings > Delete Account
  2. Read the warning message carefully
  3. In the confirmation field, type exactly: DELETE MY ACCOUNT
    • The text must match exactly (all uppercase, with spaces)
    • This is a safety measure to prevent accidental deletion
  4. Click the "Delete My Account" button
  5. Wait for the confirmation
  6. You will be automatically logged out
  7. You'll be redirected to the login page

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, there is no way to recover your account or any associated data.

What happens to my team members?

Their access to your organization will be immediately revoked. They will keep their individual Incentise accounts but will no longer be part of your team.

What about active incentive programs?

All active programs associated with your account will be affected. We strongly recommend closing or completing all programs before deleting your account.

Can I delete my account and then create a new one with the same email?

After deletion, you may be able to create a new account using the same email address. However, none of your previous data will be transferred.

Is there a cooling-off period?

No. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. Make sure you're absolutely certain before proceeding.
