Product or service public page

This is the public page for one product or service tied to a provider’s incentive program. Visitors open it from the provider’s public profile (by tapping a product row) or by using a direct link. The page highlights what the offering is, who provides it, and verified incentive acknowledgements—real confirmations from people who received an incentive for that program.

How to open the page

The address usually looks like:

https://incentise.com/provider-name/product-or-service-name

Both parts of the path are URL-friendly versions of your provider name and product or service name. The exact characters depend on how names are saved in Incentise.

From the Provider public page, tap or click a product or service row to open this page.

What visitors see

Header card (top of the page)

  • A cover area and the product or service image (or a placeholder).
  • Share — opens options such as WhatsApp, Twitter/X, Facebook, Telegram, or copy link (depending on what the page offers).
  • Name of the product or service.
  • By [provider name] — a link back to the provider’s public profile (when the page is for a normal business provider).
  • Trust icons next to the provider line when they apply (verified, claimed, or a note if the provider profile is not claimed yet).
  • Description of the product or service.
  • Website link for this offering (when provided).
  • A count of Acknowledgements for this program—how many published acknowledgements are tied to this product or service.

If program information cannot be loaded, the page may show that incentive program information is not available.

Browse all incentive acknowledgements

Below the header, a section titled Browse all incentive acknowledgements lists public acknowledgements for this program.

Each entry is designed to work as social proof: who acknowledged, when, status labels where used, and optional details the provider and platform allow to show. If there are many items, the list may use pages (previous / next).

When no one has acknowledged yet, visitors see a message such as No acknowledgements yet.

Submitting an incentive acknowledgement (visitors)

If you received an incentive from this provider for this offering, you may be able to submit your own acknowledgement from this page—usually an expandable area such as Show form submit incentive acknowledgement (exact wording follows the live site).

That flow lets you confirm receipt and add a message (for example a thank-you). You may need to be logged in for some steps. Providers viewing their own program in a provider (vendor) session typically do not see the same submission form, so customers and the business are not confused.

Templates or hints in the form can help you write a short, clear message.

Take tour

A Take tour button may appear for first-time visitors; it walks through main parts of the page.

If something looks wrong

  • Wrong product or broken link — Check that the product or service name and provider name in the URL match what is published.
  • Empty acknowledgements — Normal until recipients complete acknowledgements for this program.
  • Login required — Some actions (email on the provider page, or parts of submitting an acknowledgement) only work for signed-in users.

Tips for providers

  1. Accurate product or service details (name, description, image, website) make this page credible.
  2. Send acknowledgement invitations after you deliver incentives so this page fills with real proof.
  3. Share the direct URL on landing pages or receipts so customers land on the right program.
  4. Open the page as a visitor (or in a private window) to preview what the public sees.
