On this page is a list of incentive requests that have been submitted by customers. This dashboard allows you to view all your submitted incentive requests, track their status, and manage your incentive journey from submission to completion.

Main Table View

The incentive requests page displays a comprehensive table showing all your submitted incentive requests with the following information:

📋 Table Columns:

  • Incentive Request ID: Unique identifier for your request (clickable link to view details)
  • Product/Service Name: Name of the product or service you requested incentives for
  • Incentive Type: Type of incentive requested (Cashback, Discount, Gift)
  • Status: Current status of your request with color-coded badges
  • Last Updated: When the request was last modified
  • Action: Dropdown menu with options to view details and copy links

Search Functionality

🔍 Search Features:

  • Real-time Search: Search across all incentive requests as you type
  • Keyword Matching: Find requests by ID, product name, or any other field
  • Instant Results: Results update immediately as you search

📈 Request Status Tracking

Available Status Types

Your incentive requests can have the following statuses:

🔄 Processing Statuses:

  • On Process: Your request is being processed by the system
  • Request Sent: Incentise has sent your request to the business for review
  • Under Review: The business is currently evaluating your application

⏳ Action Required Statuses:

  • Awaiting Customer Application: Business has approved and provided instructions for you to follow
  • Revision Requested By Vendor: Business has requested changes to your application
  • Revision Requested By Publisher: Incentise has requested changes to your application
  • Revision Submitted To Vendor: You've submitted revisions back to the business
  • Revision Submitted To Publisher: You've submitted revisions back to Incentise

✅ Completion Statuses:

  • Approved: Your request has been approved by the business
  • Customer Already Apply: You have completed the required actions
  • Received: Incentive has been successfully given to you

❌ Final Statuses:

  • Declined: Your request was not approved
  • No Response: Business did not respond after multiple attempts

Viewing Request Details

📋 Accessing Details:

  1. Click on the Incentive Request ID link to open the detailed view
  2. Use the "View Details" option from the action dropdown
  3. The details page opens in a new tab for easy reference

Request Actions

View Details:

  • Opens the incentive request program page
  • Shows complete program information and requirements
  • Access to all community requests and your specific request

Copy Link:

  • Copies a direct link to your specific incentive request
  • Share with others or bookmark for easy access
  • Link includes your unique request ID and tracking parameters

Status Interpretation

🎯 Understanding Your Progress:

  • Early Stages: On Process, Request Sent, Under Review
  • Action Required: Awaiting Customer Application, Revision requests
  • Near Completion: Approved, Customer Already Apply
  • Completed: Received (incentive delivered)
  • Unsuccessful: Declined, No Response
