Complete guide to setting up your customer account on Incentise

📝 Registration Process​

Step 1: Initial Registration​

Option A: Email & Password Registration

Required Information:

  • Email Address: Your primary email for account communication
  • Username: 3-30 characters, letters, numbers, underscores only
  • Password: 6-50 characters with letters, numbers, and special characters
  • User Type: Select "As a Customer" as your role

Option B: Google OAuth Registration

Quick Registration:

  • Google Account: Use your existing Google account
  • User Type: Select "As a Customer" as your role
  • Automatic Setup: Your email and basic profile info will be imported from Google

💡 Tip: Google OAuth registration is faster and more secure - no password to remember!

Step 2: Email Verification​

For Email & Password Registration: After registration:

  1. Check Your Email: Look for verification email from Incentise
  2. Click Verification Email: Open the email and get the verification code
  3. Enter Verification Code: Use the code provided in the email
  4. Complete Verification: Your account will be activated

For Google OAuth Registration:

  • Automatic Verification: No email verification required
  • Ready to Use: Your account is immediately active

⚠️ Important: You cannot request incentives until email verification is complete (for email/password registration).

Step 3: Profile Completion​

After login, complete your profile information

Personal Information:

  • Full Name: Your legal name for payout verification
  • Payout Account: For payout to receive cashback. You can setup this later after making request incentive to business
  • Phone Number: Optional, for account security and SMS notifications
  • Profile Picture: Optional, for personalization (automatically imported from Google for OAuth users)

Method 1: Email & Password Login​

Traditional Login:

  • Enter your registered email address
  • Enter your password
  • Click "Login" to access your account

Method 2: Google OAuth Login​

Quick Login:

  • Click the "Google" button on the login page
  • Select your Google account
  • Automatically logged in without entering credentials

  • Minimum 6 characters
  • Maximum 50 characters
