Instead of waiting for sales, businesses can proactively offer you discounts, cashback, and rewards. Here is how to view, accept, and manage incentive offers sent to you.
Available Offers are incentive rewards that businesses proactively send to you: cashback offers, discount codes, free gifts or samples, and special promotions. Unlike requests (where you ask), offers come directly from businesses who want to incentivize you.
How You Receive Offers
Businesses can send you offers through direct email (with a claim link), shareable links (social media, SMS, QR codes), your platform dashboard, or public offers you can browse. All offers appear in your Incentive Offers dashboard for easy management.
Your Offers Dashboard
When you open your Incentive Offers page, you will see a table with Offer ID, product or service, incentive type, offer type (single or group), status (color-coded), created date, and an actions menu. Use search to find specific offers or filter by status.
Understanding Offer Statuses
- Offered — New offer waiting for your response. You can accept, decline, or negotiate.
- Needs Info — Provider needs more information from you. Check messages.
- Negotiating — You are in active negotiation with the provider.
- Accepted — You have accepted the offer. Ready to claim.
- Claimed — Incentive received and acknowledged.
