Track Incentive Requests
Once you've requested an incentive, you need to know what's happening with it. Here's how to track your incentive requests from submission to completion.
Tracking your incentive requests means seeing the current status of your request, monitoring progress through each stage, viewing messages and updates from providers, knowing when action is needed from you, and accessing all your requests in one place. Your Incentive Requests dashboard is your command center.
What Does "Track" Mean?

Your Requests Dashboard
When you open your Incentive Requests page, you'll see a table with Request ID, product or service, your message, incentive type, request type (single or group), status (color-coded), created date, and actions. Use the search bar to find specific requests or filter by status.
Understanding Request Statuses
- Draft — Saved but not submitted yet. You can still edit.
- Requested — Submitted. Waiting for provider to review.
- Under Review — Provider is actively reviewing your request.
- Approved — Your request was approved. Time to claim.
- Completed — All done. Incentive received and acknowledged.
Other statuses (e.g. Needs Info, Negotiating, Declined) may appear depending on the flow. Use Refresh to get the latest updates.
Stay Updated
Check your dashboard regularly and respond to messages from providers. Notifications help you know when your request status changes or when the provider needs more information.
