As an incentive provider, you receive requests when existing customers want incentives on your products or services, prospect customers are interested but want a better deal, or customers request cashback, discounts, or other rewards. Requests come through your Incentive Requests dashboard. This is your opportunity to engage, convert, and retain customers.

Your Requests Dashboard

When you open your Incentive Requests page, you will see all incoming requests: Request ID, customer info (name, type), product or service, request message, incentive type, request type (single or group), status (color-coded), created date, and actions to process, review, or respond. Use search and filters to find specific requests or sort by status, date, or customer type.

Existing vs. Prospect Customers

Existing customers: approving their requests helps with retention, repeat purchases, word-of-mouth, and long-term relationships. Prospect customers: approving helps convert leads, acquire new business, and grow your customer base. Prioritize and respond to both to grow your business with direct customer engagement.
