• Do not misuse the platform (e.g., fake identities, repeated spamming)
• Use the platform for genuine interest or loyalty—not for fraud or abuse

5. Incentive Approval

Businesses have full discretion to approve or deny requests. Approval is not guaranteed, and Incentise is not responsible for brand and business decisions.

6. Transparency

Incentise shares aggregated, anonymous data publicly—like how many incentives were issued—to help you make informed decisions.

7. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for undelivered incentives, brand and business conduct, or loss arising from using the platform. Use Incentise at your own risk.

1. What We Offer

Incentise allows your brand and business to connect with prospective and existing customers through direct incentive requests. You gain:

• Access to real, verified customer intent
• A channel to deliver targeted, measurable rewards
• Transparent visibility into demand and engagement

2. Your Responsibilities

• Respond to incentive requests in a timely, fair, and transparent way
• Fulfill incentives you approve according to your own policy
• Maintain accuracy in your brand and business listing, descriptions, and reward terms
• Allow Incentise to show public stats (e.g., how many rewards issued)

3. Data and Transparency

We believe in openness. You agree to allow Incentise to:

• Display the number of requests and approved incentives publicly (no user-identifiable info).
• Show your profile as an active brand and business within the platform.

4. Fair Use

You may not:

• Mislead users about incentives
• Refuse incentives after approval
