Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 11 May 2025

Last updated: 20 May 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Incentise — a platform that helps merchants create smart short links, publish searchable link-in-bio pages, route visitors to multiple buying destinations, and measure link performance.

By registering for an account, using the merchant dashboard, or interacting with links hosted on Incentise, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Incentise provides tools for merchants to:

  • Create and manage branded or default short links
  • Attach one or more destination URLs per product link
  • Publish a public link-in-bio storefront with search
  • Track clicks, destinations, referrers, and related analytics
  • Associate links with source social posts where supported

Features, limits, and availability may vary by subscription plan. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

2. Who may use Incentise

Merchants

Merchants are businesses or individuals who register for an account to manage links and analytics. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to promote the products, brands, and destinations you link to.

Visitors

Visitors are people who open short links or public merchant pages without an account. By using those features, visitors agree to these Terms only to the extent they apply to public link use (including acceptable use and disclaimers below).

3. Merchant accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including links created by users you authorize.
  • Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, pricing, and feature limits are described on our pricing page and in-product. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise
  • You may cancel renewal through your account or by contacting support
  • Downgrading or canceling may limit access to analytics, custom domains, or other paid features
  • We may change prices with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance

5. Your links and content

You retain ownership of content you submit (link titles, images, profile text, destination URLs, and similar). You grant Incentise a limited license to host, display, route, and process that content solely to operate the service.

You agree that:

  • Destination URLs you add are lawful and point only to pages you are permitted to promote
  • Public bio pages and short links accurately represent your business and offers
  • You will not use Incentise to deceive visitors (for example fake checkout pages, phishing, or malware)
  • You comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and platform rules (Instagram, TikTok, marketplaces, etc.)

Incentise does not sell products on your behalf. Purchases, refunds, shipping, and customer service on third-party sites remain solely between you and the buyer on those destinations.

6. Public pages and short links

Merchants may publish public profiles and short links that are accessible without login. You control which links are active, pinned, or visible. You understand that anyone with the URL can access public content you publish.

We may suspend or remove links or profiles that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.

7. Analytics

Click and traffic statistics are provided for your business insight. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that analytics are complete, real-time, or free of bot or duplicate-click noise. Analytics availability may depend on your plan.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights
  • Distribute spam, malware, or fraudulent redirects
  • Attempt to probe, scrape, or disrupt the platform without permission
  • Reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law
  • Use the service to harass, discriminate, or exploit others
  • Circumvent plan limits, security, or access controls

We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The Incentise name, logo, software, and website design are owned by Incentise or its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no license is given. Do not copy or misuse our branding without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, marketplaces, payment processors, or messaging apps you link to, or for transactions that occur off Incentise.

11. Limitation of liability

Incentise will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill. We provide the Service on an “as available” basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.

12. Indemnity

Merchants agree to indemnify and hold Incentise harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, links, destinations, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using available account tools. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, form the entire agreement regarding the service
  • If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision
  • You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer
