Creating Incentive Request Programs
What is the Incentive Request Program?
The Incentive Request Program is a process where prospective or existing customers can request incentives (such as cashback or discounts) for products and services they are interested in purchasing, have already purchased, or subscribed to. Additionally, businesses can proactively offer customers the opportunity to request incentives, based on specific business rules or promotional criteria.
Currently, there are two ways to create an Incentive Request Program:

By Email:
- Send a request to register your product or service to us via email at [email protected].
- Please include the website address of your product or service.
- Once we add it to our platform, we will notify you via email that your product or service has been created and is ready for claim submission.

By Suggestion Form:
- Fill out the Suggestion Form at https://incentise.com/suggestion-product-services.
- This method is intended for customers who like your product or service. When a request is made through this form, we will add an Incentive Request Program for the suggested product.
