What is the Claims Feature?β
The Claims feature allows businesses to establish and verify ownership of incentive request programs created for their products or services on the Incentise platform. This ensures only legitimate business owners can manage, update, and respond to customer incentive requests associated with their offerings.
Where to Find and Use the Claims Featureβ
- Location:
The Claims dashboard is accessible from your business dashboard at:
/business/claims - What You See:
- A searchable, paginated table listing all claims associated with your business.
- Each row displays: Claim ID, Product/Service Name, Product/Service URL, Incentive Request Program URL, Status, Created/Updated dates, and available actions (Edit, Verify).
- An Add Claim button to submit a new claim.
Steps for Businessesβ
1. Viewing and Managing Claimsβ
- Go to Claims in your business dashboard.
- Use the search bar to filter claims by keyword.
- Adjust the number of rows per page as needed.
- For each claim, you can:
- Edit: Update claim details (URLs).
- Verify: If the claim is pending verification, input the verification code sent to your business email.
2. Creating a New Claimβ
- Click the Add Claim button.
- Fill out the form with:
- Your Product/Service Website URL (must be a valid URL).
- Incentive Request Program URL (must be a valid Incentise program URL).
- Submit the form.
- If successful, youβll see a confirmation and be redirected to the Claims dashboard.
3. Email Verificationβ
- After submitting a claim, a verification code is sent to your business email.
- If your claim status is "Waiting Verification Code", click the Input Verification Code action in the table.
- Enter the code on the verification page and submit.
- On success, your claim status updates to "Verified" and you gain full management access.
4. Editing a Claimβ
- Click the Edit action for any claim.
- Update the URLs as needed.
- Save changes to update your claim.
Claim Statusesβ
- Pending/Waiting Verification Code: Claim submitted, awaiting email verification.
- Verified: Email verified, full access granted.
- Rejected/Declined: Claim not approved (reason provided).

- Use your official business email and accurate URLs.
- Complete email verification promptly.
- Regularly monitor your Claims dashboard for new or pending claims.
- Keep claim information up to date.
Troubleshootingβ
- Didnβt receive a verification email?
Check your spam/junk folder and verify your email address is correct. - Verification code not working?
Ensure youβre using the latest code and enter it exactly as received. - Claim rejected?
Review the rejection reason and update your claim as needed.
